Organic Barbera from selected grapes, aged in large oak. Ruby red, intense bouquet, full and balanced palate. Great with game, roasts and aged cheeses.

This Barbera d’Alba DOC Superiore is produced only in excellent vintages, using a selection of the best grapes from carefully chosen vineyards. Fermentation is spontaneous in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, followed by at least 8 months of aging in large oak casks. The result is a wine of notable structure, balance, and aging potential.
Ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose is vinous, intense, and broad, with notes of ripe red fruit and subtle spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and harmonious, with a warm and enveloping texture that lingers beautifully.
Ideal with red meats, aged cheeses, roasts, grilled meats, and game.

Barbera Riserva da vendemmia tardiva. Ciliegia, confettura, pepe, liquirizia, cuoio, balsamico. Corposo, avvolgente, di lunga persistenza. Ideale con arrosti, selvaggina, formaggi e funghi.
