Character and fragrance, thanks to the long aging (10-12 months), with fine perlage and pale pink color with orange nuances. An explosion of exuberance, which precisely marks the varietal origin of the vine.
A greedy aperitif, it goes very well with fish, not too processed meats and even pizza.
