Orange colour. On the nose, it opens with a pleasant aromatic breadth, in which fruity notes clearly emerge. In the mouth, this wine offers harmonious freshness and a slight tannic structure. Vinification with a two-week skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation and the fact that it is neither clarified nor filtered give this wine an authentic character. This wine is an excellent choice for pairing with seafood preparations, where its aromatic complexity blends perfectly with marine flavours. It also pairs successfully with white meats, offering remarkable culinary versatility. A wine that adds freshness and personality to a variety of dishes.
Winery: Marco Ludovico

Winery: Orzan
