Deep, intense straw yellow colour. On the nose, it offers fairly decisive aromas, among which hints of yellow fruits and floral notes of acacia flowers clearly stand out. The maceration of 2/3 months in amphora and the ageing in amphora give the wine complexity and authenticity. It should be noted that this wine has not been filtered or clarified, thus preserving its true essence. In the mouth, the wine reveals a pleasant freshness and good flavour. It is particularly suitable for accompanying starters and fish-based first courses, where its freshness perfectly matches the marine flavours. It also pairs successfully with fresh cheeses, offering remarkable culinary versatility. An ideal choice for a light and refined start to a meal, enriched by the complexity of amphora ageing.
Winery: Le Masciare
Straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose presents a bouquet characterised by intense and persistent aromas, with floral and Mediterranean scrub notes. On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and sapidity in perfect harmony with the softness. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, also in salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Winery: Dario Ceste
Organic Arneis from the Roero DOCG. Fresh, savory, structured with fruity and herbal notes. Ideal with appetizers, steamed fish and fresh cheese.
