A sincere, territorial red from the first vineyard planted by I Carpini, rooted in ancient local tradition
Sette Zolle was the first wine conceived and created by I Carpini, from the initial vineyard planted at the end of the 20th century. Inspired by tradition, the plot is planted with Barbera enriched by small amounts of Freisa di Chieri and Croatina, honoring biodiversity and natural balance.
The grapes are harvested very ripe to turn Barbera’s natural acidity into refined minerality. The wine ages slowly, first in steel, then in bottle, achieving great harmony over time.
Deep ruby red with violet hues that evolve into garnet with age. On the nose: cherry, marasca, jam, with spicy and balsamic notes. The palate is fresh, savory, mineral, well-structured, and aromatically persistent.
Excellent with cured meats, legumes, hearty pasta dishes, and even a rich fish stew. A versatile wine, great all year round.

Vino rosso artigianale da pochi filari. Ciliegia, tamarindo, pepe, cuoio, caffè, balsamico. Tannini levigati, lungo e intenso. Perfetto con arrosti, selvaggina, funghi e formaggi.

Rosso raro da uve tardive, prodotto solo in annate eccezionali. Prugna, mora, confettura, cacao, spezie e cuoio. Caldo, minerale, persistente. Perfetto con carni rosse, funghi, zuppe e formaggi.

Barbera Riserva da vendemmia tardiva. Ciliegia, confettura, pepe, liquirizia, cuoio, balsamico. Corposo, avvolgente, di lunga persistenza. Ideale con arrosti, selvaggina, formaggi e funghi.

Fresco, fine, sorprendentemente minerale: questo Primitivo naturale, non filtrato e povero di solfiti (solo 40 mg/l), nasce nella Terra delle Gravine. Un rosso elegante e vibrante, che racconta la Puglia più autentica con ogni sorso. Ideale con carni rosse, arrosti e piatti intensi.
