Fresh, aromatic Ribolla Gialla, steel-fermented and bottle-aged. Wisteria, apple, peach, and fine spices. Crisp acidity and a dry, clean finish. Perfect with seafood starters, salads, grilled fish, and spiced dishes.

A lively, fragrant Friulian white born in the valley where everything begins: home, vineyard, identity
Val di MieÇ takes its name from the small valley that hosts the Orzan winery and vineyards, nestled in Capriva del Friuli, in the heart of the Collio. A pure expression of Ribolla Gialla, crisp and vibrant.
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, then aged in tank and bottle to preserve varietal clarity. The bouquet offers floral and fruity notes of wisteria, apple, and peach, with delicate hints of vanilla, licorice, and saffron.
On the palate, it’s bright and clean, with the signature acidity of Ribolla Gialla upfront and a pleasant varietal edge. The finish is dry and savory, leaving the mouth refreshed and eager for more.
Perfect with seafood starters, shellfish, fresh salads, seafood pastas, grilled fish, and spiced dishes.
Winery: Le Masciare

On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and sapidity in perfect harmony with the softness. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, also in salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.
