Intense ruby red. On the nose notes of black cherry, plum, American tobacco, bay leaf, liquorice, eucalyptus, myrtle, tamarind, in a delicately spiced blanket. Enchanting balance and velvety harmony on the palate. Refreshing balsamic winds on the finish.
Excellent with first courses with meat ragout, grilled or stewed beef and lamb, stewed salt cod. Matured cheeses.

Two hours of maceration on the lees for 8 months. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Vegetable hints of pepper, tomato leaf and aromatic herbs. In the mouth there is a marked acidity and excellent flavor. Sapid and citrusy finish.
