Extreme orange wine from amphora-macerated Timorasso. Honey, mostarda, spices, balsamic and saline notes. Warm, savory, intense. Ideal with soups, legumes, vegetables, and plant-based dishes.
An extreme and visionary orange wine, born from amphora maceration and the raw strength of Timorasso
TimÓX is created through a radical and poetic process: Timorasso grapes are macerated in ceramic amphorae with a permanent cap. Only the most suitable grapes are hand-selected, and the wine is left to mature in partially filled tanks, with the presence of flor yeast, until bottling. No intervention—just time and gravity.
Intense golden yellow in color, slightly hazy, turning toward orange over time. Aromas of honey, candied fruit, mostarda, spices, balsamic hints, and a strong mineral, saline soul.
On the palate it is warm and soft, with salty tension and long, expressive persistence. A wine that evolves and surprises with every sip.
Excellent with soups, legumes, grilled vegetables, mushrooms, broths, tempura, and fish soups.
Winery: Orzan
Two hours of maceration on the lees for 8 months. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Vegetable hints of pepper, tomato leaf and aromatic herbs. In the mouth there is a marked acidity and excellent flavor. Sapid and citrusy finish.
