Brezza d’Estate is a Riserva Timorasso from a small vineyard planted in the early 2000s and dedicated to the winemaker’s mother, Brigitte. Its unique composition and exposure make it an ideal site for producing a long-lived white wine.
A wine that requires at least five years of aging to express its full potential. Time brings it depth, elegance, and energy, creating a luminous and rare expression of Timorasso.
Brilliant golden yellow in color. Aromas of exotic fruit, hawthorn, balsamic herbs, graphite, chalk, flint, dust, and a hint of fine pastry. On the palate, it is warm, savory, soft, and beautifully balanced, with excellent persistence.
Perfect with white meats, rabbit, semi-aged cheeses, seafood pastas, truffle-based dishes, mushrooms, and grilled vegetables.
