Description
Maceration for 20 days. Amber color. The nose is very intense, with hints of dehydrated fruit, toasted dried fruit and dry aromatic and balsamic herbs. The taste is intense and soft, in balance with the evident tannins, the good acidity and the savory and persistent finish.
