Description
Intense ruby with garnet reflections. The nose is expressed with hints of cherry, plum and black cherry, notes of violet and hints of black pepper and tobacco. The palate is full and structured; the tannins are well balanced and the persistence is excellent.
Excellent in combination with red meats, especially roasted, it also goes very well with game, aged cheeses and slightly spicy dishes.
