    An intense and sensual red, from a rare variety that has found its perfect home in the I Carpini biosphere

    A rare grape in its ideal habitat

    Terre d’Ombra is made from Albarossa, a rare native grape of Piedmont that thrives in the I Carpini biosphere, expressing power, balance, and vitality. The vineyard that gives life to this wine bears the name of the winemaker’s grandson, Carlo Alberto.

    Aromatic richness and wild elegance

    The nose reveals ripe red fruits like cherry, plum, and blackberry, with hints of spice, balsamic notes, and vanilla. As it evolves, it offers tertiary aromas of cocoa, leather, and bark.

    Power, freshness, and length

    On the palate it is structured, warm, and mineral, with freshness that balances its body and a long aromatic finish. A red that wraps the senses and calls for the next sip.

    Recommended pairings

    Excellent with cured meats, legumes, earthy pasta, game, braised meats, asparagus, dark chocolate, and spicy or ethnic dishes.
