Ruby red colour. On the nose, it opens with aromas of blackberry, red fruits and hints of leather. In the mouth, this wine is soft, enveloping and offers a pleasant persistence. The spontaneous fermentation after 10 days of maceration, combined with the fact that the wine is neither clarified nor filtered, helps to preserve its authenticity. This wine is an ideal companion for meat-based main courses, where its structure goes well with the flavours of the meat. It is particularly suitable for accompanying barbecues, adding a touch of complexity to these dishes. A wine that lends personality and satisfaction to every course.
