1955 bush-trained vines. Intense ruby red. Very rich and complex nose of ripe fruit: cherry, blackberry and currant. Notes of tobacco and lightly toasted spices. In the mouth, sour cherry in spirit, balsamic and chocolate notes. Great freshness and minerality with present and silky tannins. Long persistence.
Excellent with pasta with meat sauce, grilled and roasted meats, game and stews. Also excellent at the end of a meal with dry pastries.
