Deep, enveloping red from Albarossa grapes. Red fruits, blackberry, spice, cocoa, and leather. Warm, structured, and persistent. Ideal with cured meats, game, legumes, braised meats, and dark chocolate.

Intense ruby colour with delicate violet hues. On the nose, it is characterised by an intense aroma of red fruit and spices. On the palate, it shows a remarkable balance between fruity notes and spicy nuances. This wine pairs beautifully with roasts and red meats, but is equally excellent with fresh and mature cheeses.
