A rare and precious red wine, crafted in tiny quantities and guided by time rather than rules
Falò d’Ottobre is produced only in the rarest vintages, when a few rows of red grapes reach ideal ripeness. Yields are tiny— often barely enough for a single barrel—and the winemaking process follows one principle: listening to the wine and its natural evolution.
No fixed recipe, no repetition: each vintage is one-of-a-kind, a reflection of the season and its singular expression. A wine for those seeking something truly special.
Deep ruby red with violet hues that shift to garnet with age. The bouquet includes cherry, marasca, black cherry, tamarind, raspberry, wild berries, with pepper, clove, leather, coffee, licorice, and balsamic notes.
On the palate: good body, smooth tannins, elegant persistence, and a distinctly territorial character. A wine that speaks of soil, climate, and time.
