An elegant, profound organic Nebbiolo aged in oak to express the full character of its terroir
A pure expression of Piedmont’s signature grape
This Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC is crafted from organically grown grapes and vinified through spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts. It is aged for at least 12 months in large oak casks, to refine tannins and enhance aromatic complexity.
Finesse, structure and personality
Garnet red with light orange reflections. The bouquet is intense, elegant, and ethereal, with hints of ripe fruit, dried rose, and spices. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and lasting structure.
Recommended pairings
Excellent with red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
