Intense ruby colour. On the nose, aromas of cherry, blueberry and blackberry clearly emerge, together with delicate floral nuances of violet. The palate is characterised by a pleasant softness and smoothness, as well as considerable freshness. This wine, with great structure and aged for a year in amphora, retains a rustic character. It should also be noted that it has not been filtered or clarified. It goes wonderfully with cured meats and meat-based first courses, but also finds harmony with legume soups.
