Vigna Carelle is a Ghemme DOCG cru made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, with spontaneous fermentation and malolactic conversion in temperature-controlled steel tanks. It is aged for 36 months in large French and Slavonian oak casks, giving the wine its refined structure.
Ruby red with purple hues. The nose opens with intense notes of black cherry and violet, followed by tobacco, spices, and leather. On the palate, it is balanced, full-bodied, and persistent, with a harmonious, elegant finish that highlights the classic style of Alto Piemonte Nebbiolo.
Perfect with red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
