The aromatic bouquet is complex, with suggestions of vanilla, blackberry, ripe berries, floral notes of violets and subtle hints of leather. On the palate, it displays extraordinary softness, great structure and elegance. It is especially recommended with savoury cheeses and red meats prepared in stews or grilled. A delight to try with grilled sausage. It is important to note that this wine has also not been filtered or clarified, thus preserving its integrity and authenticity.
