An elegant, organic Nebbiolo crafted from selected grapes and aged in oak for structure and finesse
This Roero DOCG Riserva is made from a careful selection of the best Nebbiolo grapes, grown organically and fermented spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts under temperature control. It then ages in large oak casks for at least 12 months, allowing it to develop depth, balance, and elegance.
Deep garnet red with orange reflections. The bouquet is refined, intense, and elegant, with notes of mature red fruit, dried flowers, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied and harmonious, with present but polished tannins and a long, graceful finish.
Excellent with red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses.
