Intense ruby red, tending towards garnet. On the nose, ripe red fruit and violets, hints of leather, star anise and graphite enriched by roasted notes reminiscent of coffee. The attack in the mouth is of great structure, soft and enveloping, balanced by a well-present tannin and the perfect harmony between sapidity and acidity.
Perfect with roasted red meats, game, mature cheeses and mushroom or truffle dishes.
