Winery: Le Masciare
Straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose presents a bouquet characterised by intense and persistent aromas, with floral and Mediterranean scrub notes. On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and sapidity in perfect harmony with the softness. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, also in salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Two hours of maceration on the lees for 8 months. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Vegetable hints of pepper, tomato leaf and aromatic herbs. In the mouth there is a marked acidity and excellent flavor. Sapid and citrusy finish.

The nose reveals an intense floral bouquet of white rose and acacia, together with fruity and citrus notes of white peach and lemon. In the mouth it is fresh and savory, with a nice acidic shoulder in balance with the softness.
