Straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose presents a bouquet characterised by intense and persistent aromas, with floral and Mediterranean scrub notes. On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and sapidity in perfect harmony with the softness. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, also in salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Description
Straw yellow with golden tendencies. Slightly mineral bouquet with notes of apricot, pear, peach and citrus. In the mouth it has an excellent structure, with evident mineral nuances and fruit tones that remain in the background with a slightly bitter aftertaste, reminiscent of almonds.
Excellent aperitif. Perfect with appetizers and fish dishes, shellfish, risotto with seafood or porcini mushrooms, white meats, fresh cheeses and vegetable dishes.
