Elegant, vibrant Brut Prosecco from Glera and native varieties. Fine, persistent bubbles with aromas of apple, peach, and white flowers. Soft and savory, ideal for aperitifs, fresh cheese, savory pies, and fried seafood.

Made mostly from Glera grapes, with touches of Verdiso, Bianchetta, and long Glera, this Prosecco is crafted in the heart of the historic Valdobbiadene area, a UNESCO heritage site and cradle of the DOCG.
Vinified as a white wine, only the free-run must is used, from soft pressing of the grapes. After static decantation and temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine rests on its fine lees in stainless steel for about a month. Secondary fermentation follows the Martinotti method in autoclaves, ensuring a delicate and continuous perlage.
Straw yellow with greenish hues, with abundant and persistent foam and a fine, continuous perlage. The nose is inviting and expansive with floral hints, golden apple, peach, and exotic fruits. On the palate, it is structured yet soft, sapid, with great balance and a satisfying, elegant finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, and excellent with fresh cheeses, savory pies, fried seafood, and fish appetizers.
