Description
A sparkling wine with a beautiful straw yellow color that offers a splendid chain of fine and persistent bubbles to the eye. Floral hints of hawthorn and orange blossom, candied citrus fruits, butter and dried fruit accompanied by a marked iodized note. The taste is balanced and very persistent and the excellent acidity further amplifies the mineral note which particularly characterizes the estate's Franciacortas.
Suitable for a formal aperitif, but gives its best with complex and strong-impact preparations such as lobster, duck and fois gras.
