It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. Fruity bouquet of apple, pear, with floral nuances. Fresh and dry, slightly sweet, soft.

Alta Langa Pas Dosé 2015, affinata 82 mesi sui lieviti. Secco, complesso, elegante. Note evolute di miele e frutta secca. Finale agrumato, lungo e raffinato.

Metodo Classico da Timorasso con 36 mesi sui lieviti. Miele, acacia, mela, melone, note floreali e lievito fine. Perlage elegante, finale minerale. Perfetto con pesce, crostacei, uova e verdure.
