A bouquet of flowers, honey and mountain herbs: this is the gustatory visiting card of this ancient native vine (perhaps the first, planted in the Langhe). As it evolves, it lets a pleasant mineral note emerge. A great aperitif, to be combined with raw fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Winery: Le Masciare
Straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose presents a bouquet characterised by intense and persistent aromas, with floral and Mediterranean scrub notes. On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and sapidity in perfect harmony with the softness. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, also in salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.
Winery: Marco Ludovico
A genuine, terroir-driven Verdeca: delicate aromas and a salty, mineral palate. Grown on calcareous soil and crafted naturally, it expresses the purest soul of the Gravine. Perfect with raw fish, sushi, seafood pasta, grilled fish, and white meats.
