A sparkling wine with a beautiful straw yellow color that offers a splendid chain of fine and persistent bubbles to the eye. Pleasant floral hints of wisteria, citrus and toasted almonds. In the mouth the citrus fruits and candied citron elegantly return accompanied by excellent acidity and mineral notes which particularly characterize the estate's Franciacortas. The finish is clearly distinguishable which brings back to licorice, giving further elegance and complexity.
Excellent aperitif, excellent with preparations based on fish, shellfish and white meats.

Alta Langa biologico metodo classico, affinato 30 mesi sui lieviti. Oro brillante, perlage fine, note di miele, frutta secca e finale agrumato persistente.
