Light golden yellow with very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is complex, with evident toasted fragrances, dried fruit and bread crust up to spicy notes of pepper and iodine nuances. Very intense also on the palate, with citrus and toasted tones. Persistent finish with mineral notes.
Perfect for all types of frying, especially fish and shellfish. Also excellent with baked fish and white meats.

Alta Langa Pas Dosé 2015, affinata 82 mesi sui lieviti. Secco, complesso, elegante. Note evolute di miele e frutta secca. Finale agrumato, lungo e raffinato.
