Pure Nebbiolo aged in oak. Black cherry, violet, tobacco, spices. Structured, elegant, slightly bitter finish. Ideal with roasts, braised meats, and ragù.

A structured and elegant Nebbiolo, aged in oak to enhance its depth and balance
N50 is made from 100% Nebbiolo, vinified with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. It is aged for 6 months in large French oak barrels, which refine its profile with finesse.
Ruby red with purple reflections. Aromas of black cherry and violet, followed by tobacco, sweet spices, and a hint of earth. On the palate, it is persistent, well-structured, and balanced, with a slightly bitter finish.
Ideal with red meats, roasts, braised dishes, lamb, aged cheeses, and ragù-based pastas.
