A gentle, territorial red that offers a modern interpretation of Uva Rara's authentic character
N47 is made from 100% Uva Rara, fermented with spontaneous fermentation and malolactic conversion in temperature-controlled steel tanks. It is aged 4 months in steel and bottle to preserve its freshness and fruity purity.
Bright ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is delicate and ethereal, with aromas of fresh red fruit. On the palate it is soft, balanced, and persistent – ideal for those who love a light but expressive red wine.
Perfect with white meats, rabbit, semi-aged cheeses, cold cuts, earthy first courses, and vegetables.
