Ruchè elegante e floreale, affinato in acciaio. Viole, rose, geranio, frutti rossi e spezie. Vellutato e persistente, ideale con pasta ripiena, arrosti e formaggi erborinati.

A delicate and seductive red, floral on the nose and velvety on the palate – a rare and expressive Piedmontese gem
This Ruchè is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about 15 days, then aged in steel tanks for at least 12 months. The result is a red wine that highlights the finest expressions of this unique local grape.
The wine shows a light ruby red color with purplish hues. On the nose: violets, red roses, and a striking note of blooming geranium, followed by blackberry and cherry and hints of black pepper and cardamom.
On the palate, it’s soft and smooth, with polished tannins supported by warm alcohol. Persistent and elegant, with flavors mirroring the wine’s floral and spicy bouquet.
Excellent with blue cheeses, stuffed pasta, ragù-based dishes, red meats, and roasts.
