Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Uva Rara blend. Ripe cherry, violet, spices. Soft, balanced, persistent. Great with roasts, game and earthy dishes.

A balanced, harmonious red born from the union of Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva Rara
Tice is a red wine that elegantly represents the winemaking heritage of northern Piedmont. It blends Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva Rara in perfect balance. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by 4 months of aging in steel and bottle.
Bright ruby red in color. The nose is refined and elegant, with notes of ripe cherry, violet, and light spices. The palate is soft, well-balanced, and persistent, with a pleasant depth of flavor.
Excellent with red meats, roasts, game birds, semi-aged cheeses, and earthy first courses.
