N54 is made from 100% Vespolina, fermented with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. It is then aged for 4 months in steel and bottle to preserve its lively character.
Ruby red with garnet hues. The bouquet is refined and distinctive, offering notes of black pepper and clove. The palate is structured, persistent, and balanced, finishing clean and lightly savory.
Excellent with white meats, rabbit, fresh cheeses, baked or grilled fish, soups, legumes, and mushrooms.
