Crystalline straw yellow with continuous and very fine perlage. On the nose notes of white flowers, hints of lime and grapefruit peel and nuances of croissants and honey. Finish of gunpowder and licorice. On the palate, creamy and silky freshness that supports a refined and lively drink, with a delicate grapefruit imprint and important mineral traces. Final with flavors of licorice and biscuit.
It is ideal for fish appetizers, fresh cheeses, main courses based on grilled fish, shellfish and seafood.
