Natural white wine from Cortese grapes. Fresh, long, with a light touch of oak. A tribute to the Champion, Costante Girardengo.

An elegant and naturally vinified Cortese, dedicated to cycling legend Costante Girardengo
“Il Campione” is a white wine dedicated to Costante Girardengo, a legendary cyclist of the early 20th century, known for his courage and determination. Born in these hills, he was the lifelong friend of Sante Pollastri, the “Bandit”, with whom he shared a story made famous by the song Il Bandito e il Campione by Francesco De Gregori. This wine embodies his spirit: powerful yet balanced, elegant yet determined.
Made from 100% Cortese grapes from Vineyard No. 3 (average age: 35 years), with south/southwest exposure at 280–300 meters a.s.l. on clay soils. Fermentation is spontaneous, with native yeasts and a pied de cuve obtained after overnight skin contact in the press. Unlike "Il Bandito", fermentation takes place in second-use barriques and tonneaux, lending complexity and finesse to the wine.
The wine matures for 10 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage, followed by 6 months in bottle. It is unfiltered and unfined. The wood influence is subtle, in perfect harmony with the natural freshness of the Cortese grape.
The nose reveals hints of green tea, fresh ginger and jasmine. On the palate, it is long, savory and flavorful, with a light, refined woody note. A structured, harmonious white that evolves beautifully over time.
Ideal with baked fish, delicate ethnic dishes, semi-aged cheeses, sautéed vegetables and white meats.

Timorasso Riserva elegante e profondo, affinato almeno 5 anni. Note esotiche, gesso, grafite e pasticceria fine. Caldo, minerale e persistente. Ideale con carni bianche, tartufo, coniglio e primi di mare.
Cantina: Orzan
Ribolla Gialla fresca e profumata, vinificata in acciaio e affinata in bottiglia. Glicine, mela, pesca, spezie fini. Acidità netta, chiusura asciutta e precisa. Ideale con antipasti di mare, insalate, grigliate di pesce e piatti speziati.
