Charmat Method sparkling from native grapes. Acacia, honey, apple, pastry, fine bubbles, and a mineral finish. Ideal with white meats, rabbit, seafood pasta, and grilled vegetables.

A vibrant, elegant sparkling white, born from the moonlight reflections on the limestone vineyard of Maddalena
Chiaror sul Masso is inspired by the shimmering light of white limestone rocks that reflect the moon in clear nights among the vines. The vineyard, named after the winemaker’s sister, lies on stony soil, kissed by sunlight and sea breezes.
Made from local white grapes, this sparkling wine undergoes 1 day of skin contact, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, then 12 months on fine lees in steel and 8–10 months in autoclave (Charmat Method).
Bright straw yellow with fine, lively bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, acacia, honey, and delicate pastry notes. On the palate: mineral, savory, fresh and balanced with a long finish.
Excellent with white meats, rabbit, semi-aged cheeses, seafood first courses, and grilled vegetables.
