Dry and fresh, with fruity notes and a fine-grained perlage. A beautiful sparkling wine, very pleasant, vinified with the soft pressing of the grapes. Bubbles which then refine for 6-10 months, presenting themselves in the glass in a pale, straw-yellow guise (pure lightness).

Ottimo se servito fresco e accompagnato da stuzzichini o consumato durante un pasto. Ottima alternativa al buon Prosecco.
