Organic Gavi from old vines. Cryomacerated, intense and mineral. Anise, pink grapefruit and pear. Great with raw meat and seafood.

An organic Cortese of great character, made from old vines and partial skin cryomaceration for depth and elegance
The Gavi DOCG Terrarossa comes from the heart of the appellation, in the municipality of Tassarolo, where organic vineyards are planted at 280–300 meters with southern and southwestern exposure. The 30-year-old vines on clay soils contribute intensity and minerality.
The grapes undergo partial cryomaceration on the skins before temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel at 18 °C. The wine matures for about 5 months in steel with regular bâtonnage on the fine lees, followed by at least 3 months in the bottle.
Brilliant intense straw yellow with greenish hues. The bouquet is refined and complex, with notes of anise, pink grapefruit, and pear. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and enveloping, with firm structure and vibrant minerality.
Ideal with carpaccio, fresh goat cheeses, Montebore, and fish starters or main fish dishes.
Winery: Le Masciare
Straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose presents a bouquet characterised by intense and persistent aromas, with floral and Mediterranean scrub notes. On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and sapidity in perfect harmony with the softness. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, also in salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.
