Coral pink colour, very fine and persistent perlage. Floral notes of rose and hints of red fruit, especially wild strawberries. Distinct shades of black cherry, cherry and blueberry follow which recall salty scents. The entrance is vertical and tasty at the same time, with a cotè of red fruits and a marked iodine vein. Great structure and persistence.
Suitable for a formal aperitif, but gives its best with complex and strong-impact preparations such as lobster, duck and fois gras.
