Fresh, refined, and unexpectedly mineral: this natural Primitivo, unfiltered and with very low sulfites (only 40 mg/l), is born in the heart of Terra delle Gravine. An elegant, vibrant red that tells the true story of Puglia. Perfect with red meat, roasts, and rich dishes.

A natural, elegant, and unconventional red wine
Discover a new expression of Primitivo from Puglia by Marco Ludovico. This red wine is born in the heart of the Terra delle Gravine, a unique land that gives Primitivo an unexpected and distinctive identity.
Forget the classic 16% Primitivo, dense and impenetrable. This Primitivo Puglia IGP features a light ruby red color, bright and inviting. On the nose, it opens with fresh fruity notes followed by spicy hints. On the palate, it offers refreshing acidity, fine tannins, and a marked mineral finish.
This wine is made following a natural, artisanal philosophy: no fining, no filtration, and very low sulfite content (only 40 mg/l). A genuine and living wine that evolves over time, fully respecting its grapes and terroir.
With its balanced structure and lively minerality, this Primitivo pairs beautifully with red meats, roasts, lamb, game, and aged cheeses. It also complements dishes based on legumes and hearty soups, enhancing their rich flavors with elegance.

Intense ruby colour with delicate violet hues. On the nose, it is characterised by an intense aroma of red fruit and spices. On the palate, it shows a remarkable balance between fruity notes and spicy nuances. This wine pairs beautifully with roasts and red meats, but is equally excellent with fresh and mature cheeses.
