Organic Dolcetto with no added sulphites. Intense color, ripe fruit, smooth and natural. Great with cold cuts, fresh cheeses and earthy pasta dishes.

An authentic and natural Dolcetto with no added sulphites, expressing fruit purity and tradition
This Dolcetto d’Alba DOC is made from grapes grown with organic farming methods and is vinified without any added sulphites at any stage, including bottling. The fermentation includes 7–10 days of maceration, with daily pump-overs and two délestages to ensure delicate extraction.
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for about 8 months. Its stability is achieved by using natural tannins from grape seeds and skins as a preservative, instead of sulphur dioxide. Total sulphite content remains below 10 mg/l, practically negligible.
Deep ruby red color with violet highlights. The nose is open and fresh, with aromas of ripe black cherry and blackberry. On the palate, it is smooth, round and well-structured, with gentle tannins and a vibrant feel that reflects its natural and artisanal soul.
Excellent with white meats, cold cuts, fresh cheeses and hearty first courses.
