Delicate and bright ruby red colour. The nose reveals notes of wild berries, cherry and strawberry, light notes of undergrowth and spices. In the mouth it is fine but intense, rich in fruit, with the "signature" of the soils in the savory and mineral finish.
Delicate dishes based on red meats and game birds, medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with ragu.
