Elegant, aged Timorasso Riserva with at least 5 years of refinement. Exotic fruit, chalk, graphite, and fine pastry. Warm, mineral, and persistent. Perfect with white meats, truffle, rabbit, and seafood pastas.

Extreme orange wine from amphora-macerated Timorasso. Honey, mostarda, spices, balsamic and saline notes. Warm, savory, intense. Ideal with soups, legumes, vegetables, and plant-based dishes.

Elegant, mineral Timorasso from a vineyard planted in the early 2000s and dedicated to Eleonora. Yellow fruits, saline notes, long finish. Ideal with carpaccio, legumes, fried seafood, veal with tuna sauce, and bagna cauda.

Straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. The nose presents a bouquet characterised by intense and persistent aromas, with floral and Mediterranean scrub notes. On the palate it is dry, with good acidity and sapidity in perfect harmony with the softness. Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and seafood dishes, also in salads, white meats and fresh cheeses.
