Straw yellow in colour. On the nose, it offers a pleasant aromaticity, with fruity hints and floral notes that are gracefully expressed. In the mouth, it is fragrant and fresh. The spontaneous fermentation and the fact that the wine is neither clarified nor filtered help to preserve its authenticity. This wine is an ideal companion for fish dishes, enhancing their flavours.
