Chiaror sul Masso was born from a bold idea: to make a sparkling wine from Timorasso, a variety traditionally known for still whites. The result of years of experimentation, this Traditional Method sparkling wine aged 36 months on the lees is a tribute to patience and vision.
Bright intense straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles and a lively, elegant mousse. The nose reveals honey and acacia notes balanced by floral and fruity aromas of apple, melon and a delicate yeasty hint.
On the palate, it is structured yet harmonious, with freshness, minerality, and softness in perfect balance. Long-lasting with a clean, mineral-driven finish typical of Timorasso.
Perfect with shellfish, baked fish, seafood, fried fish, fatty fish, white meats, eggs, and vegetables.
