Rosé from Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Uva Rara. Citrus, peach, fresh and persistent. Perfect with fish, white meats, fresh cheeses and savoury pies.

An elegant, fresh rosé born from the perfect balance of Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva Rara
Rossini is a DOC rosé that expresses the freshness of Alto Piemonte through a blend of 60% Nebbiolo, 20% Vespolina, and 20% Uva Rara. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 16°C to preserve delicate varietal aromas, followed by 3 months of aging in steel.
Delicate rosé with peach reflections. The bouquet is subtle and citrusy, with notes of grapefruit and orange peel. On the palate, it is soft, fresh, and persistent, offering excellent drinkability and versatility.
Perfect with white meats, rabbit, fresh cheeses, baked fish, grilled fish, eggs, and savoury pies.
