Poderi Cellario's 'Che Casein' rosé wine is a work of wine art, the result of vinifying no less than 12 different grape varieties. In fact, its name in Piedmontese dialect, 'Che Casein', is an expression that translates as 'what a chaos'. With a very intense cherry pink colour, 'Che Casein' reveals fruity scents of raspberry and blueberry on the nose, accompanied by delicate floral notes of violet and rose. It also fades with vegetal suggestions reminiscent of rhubarb, adding further complexity to the sensory experience. Once tasted, this wine is full and juicy, with light, pleasant tannins providing structure and an inviting acidity that incites one to continue sipping.
