Decisive and very marked garnet colour. The scent is very complex, with a first fruity fraction that mainly gives sensations of red fruit jam. Then the ethereal scents and spicy notes emerge, especially cinnamon and black pepper.

On the palate the wine is dry and warm, savory and enveloping with the tannin still present and nervous.

At the table he prefers tasty and well-structured dishes such as stuffed pasta, stews and baked red meats and well-aged cheeses.
